The Phantom 250 is a high quality, durable sleeping bag, especially designed to ensure maximum thermal insulation and comfort. It features QXF 3D spiral hollow fibre encased in a protective Apex Cocoon fabric, Polyamide Rip-Stop outer and breathable soft touch Polyester lining along with a well-shaped hood. It has also a shaped foot box and 3D neck padding.

It is worth adding the QXF 3D is a specialist fibre filling that has been designed for use in outdoor applications such as sleeping bags and quilted outer garments. As all of the best insulators are very effective at trapping air so that it can be warmed by the body heat, each individual filament of the QXF3D fibre is spiralled with 4 hollow cores, which significantly increases the ability to trap air and to reduce heat loss. What is more the QXF 3D fiber is lighter than ordinary solid fibre fillings and it compress effectively to minimize pack size. Moreover it retains its insulating abilities even when damp, does not require special care and may be even washed in the washing machine.

For International customers, we recommend that you obtain proof of sending as we cannot be held responsible for return packages which go missing.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you are EXCHANGING an item then please email returns@transatlantic.co.uk to inform us that you are returning an item for exchange and give full details of your exchange requirements.

Please be advised that we will charge you a standard price of £2.75 (UK only) for the cost of the return to you for your required exchanged item. We would usually request this payment through PayPal or it can be made by credit/debit card if this was the original purchase method.

Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque.

Any goods returned back to us must be in saleable condition with labels and packaging intact. We cannot exchange if the item has been worn or washed.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once the item(s) has been returned to us, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

We will refund the cost of the purchase in full less postage charge where applicable. This is providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition with all the labels and tags attached and in all the original packaging. We cannot refund if the item has been worn or washed.
