We want you, our customer, to have complete satisfaction every time that you shop with us.
We do understand that there are times when you will want to return an item or items back to us.
You are able to make a return within 30 days of your purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We offer FREE UK RETURNS for all orders placed on our website!
Please email us at email@example.com to obtain your pre-paid returns label and then send back your item(s) with the original purchase details to our address:

For International customers, we recommend that you obtain proof of sending as we cannot be held responsible for return packages which go missing.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you are EXCHANGING an item then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you are returning an item for exchange and give full details of your exchange requirements.
Please be advised that we will charge you a standard price of £2.75 (UK only) for the cost of the return to you for your required exchanged item. We would usually request this payment through PayPal or it can be made by credit/debit card if this was the original purchase method.
Any goods returned back to us must be in saleable condition with labels and packaging intact. We cannot exchange if the item has been worn or washed.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once the item(s) has been returned to us, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
We will refund the cost of the purchase in full less postage charge where applicable. This is providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition with all the labels and tags attached and in all the original packaging. We cannot refund if the item has been worn or washed.
