Returns & Refund Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Please email sales@transatlantic.co.uk quoting the order number supplied to you to inform us that you are returning your order and the reason for the return. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Usually refunds are made as a manual transaction so you may be contacted for your details again. You will receive confirmation either by post or email when the refund has been processed.
If you are exchanging an item then please email as above to sales@transatlantic.co.uk to inform us that you are returning an item for exchange and give full details of your requirements. Please also ensure that you include the appropriate postage and packing fee for your area for the return of your exchanged item. We will endeavour to send out your exchanged item within 7 days subject to stock availability. If there is to be a delay then we will contact you by email.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN A NON RE-SALEABLE CONDITION CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Please send returned items back in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and covering note explaining the reason for the return. For example: I am returning this to exchange for a size medium in Olive please, or, I am returning this for a refund please. We recommend sending via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post and ensure you obtain a receipt.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be advised that you the customer have a responsibility and duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
We will refund the money in full, but less postage, this is providing goods are returned in their original condition with the receipt, the item is unworn and in new condition, with all the labels and tags attached and in all the original packaging.
Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn or smelling of smoke, covered in animal hair or anything else will not be refunded.
Please take care how the item is packaged, we will not refund items that have become damaged in any way by the packaging or whilst in transit.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garments reach us safely, and in original condition, we do not accept packages where the postage is unpaid.
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for return parcels, which are lost in the post.
We do not refund postage charges.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. |
