Shipping

We have one fixed price for carriage depending on where you are located.

Standard UK which covers most of the UK Mainland costs £4.99 per entire order.

Outer Scotland, Channel & Offshore Isles and Northern Ireland costs £9.99 per entire order.

Southern Ireland costs £14.99 pounds sterling per entire order.

For Europe and the Rest of the World, please email for the appropriate postage and packing rate prior to ordering.

Delivery Schedule

*For all UK orders you should expect to receive your order within 10 working days.

*For Outer Scotland, Channel Isles, Offshore Isles, Northern Ireland and Eire orders you should expect to receive your order 15 working days.

*Mainland, Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe orders you should expect to receive your order within 20 working days.

Orders are despatched as soon as possible subject to stock availability.

Please be aware that our carriers do not deliver at weekends.
All deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient.

Returns & Refund Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Please email sales@transatlantic.co.uk quoting the order number supplied to you to inform us that you are returning your order and the reason for the return. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Usually refunds are made as a manual transaction so you may be contacted for your details again. You will receive confirmation either by post or email when the refund has been processed.

If you are exchanging an item then please email as above to sales@transatlantic.co.uk to inform us that you are returning an item for exchange and give full details of your requirements. Please also ensure that you include the appropriate postage and packing fee for your area for the return of your exchanged item. We will endeavour to send out your exchanged item within 7 days subject to stock availability. If there is to be a delay then we will contact you by email

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Please send returned items back in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and covering note explaining the reason for the return. For example: I am returning this to exchange for a size medium in Olive please, or, I am returning this for a refund please. We recommend sending via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post and ensure you obtain a receipt.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

Please be advised that you the customer have a responsibility and duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
