*For all UK orders you should expect to receive your order within 10 working days.
*For Outer Scotland, Channel Isles, Offshore Isles, Northern Ireland and Eire orders you should expect to receive your order within 15 working days.
*Mainland, Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe orders you should expect to receive your order within 20 working days.
In most cases orders are despatched straight away to arrive with you within a few days. We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible subject to stock availability. If there is a problem with your order then we will contact you by email. Please be aware that our carriers do not deliver at weekends. All deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient.
Returned goods must arrive back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. All goods returned must be unused and in their original condition and must include the Transatlantic receipt or a copy of it.
If you need to return an item and require an exchange, please include the appropriate postage and packing fee for your area for the return of your exchanged item. We will endeavour to send out your exchanged item within 7 days subject to stock availability. If there is to be a delay then we will contact you by email.
We cannot exchange goods unless we receive the adequate postage and packing fee.
